what i'm reading wednesday

This book is one that I didn't want to put down! I read a lot of it when i was getting my hair done a couple of weeks ago.

The Outcast is about an old order Mennonite community that has shunned an unmarried girl for becoming pregnant. Not only does the young girl have secrets, but other members of the community have them too.  The story is told through two different perspectives and leaves you wanting more at the end of each chapter.

It is a great book and I think my mom might like to read it when she comes to visit next month!
