weekend randomness

this weekend was nice...not too much going on.
we went to church
watched some of last season's Parenthood
scored a tag-along bike at the thrift store for $19
and....

i made pioneer woman's pot roast and carrot cake cupcakes this weekend for our friends that came over for lunch.  we hung out for almost 5 hours, eating and talking...it makes my heart happy to have good friends!

when i saw this cover of family fun...i wanted to say, "Amen! Creativity does begin at home!"
