there's nothing better than warm food to eat on snowy days. i made these for breakfast again...mini german pancakes.

last night, i made zucchini boat pizzas.
5 zucchini
1 lb. Italian sausage
1-15 oz can tomato sauce
1/2 cup diced bell pepper
1/2 diced onion
1/2 chopped mushrooms
3 minced garlic cloves
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
seasoning- oregano, basil, parsley
mozzarella cheese
preheat oven to 350 degrees. slice zucchini's in half and place cut side down. cook for 10 minutes. remove from oven and scrape out some of the inside flesh.
brown Italian sausage in a pan over medium heat. add onions and bell pepper, cook until tender. add tomato sauce, garlic, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and any seasonings you like. cook for 5 minutes. add sauce to zucchini boats, top with cheese. cook for another 10 minutes.
