since the Olympics are in London, i made a special dinner for the opening ceremony...fish & chips. the recipe is one of Paula Deen's and i found it here. it was really good and better than some of the times i've had it at some restaurants. thanks Paula!
we also made medals for the kids to wear. we have loved watching the Olympic games. my little lady and i have been up late several nights, watching the girls gymnastics.

ReplyDeleteugggg, I was taping them so i could watch when I had time only to discover they were getting erased everyday :( So...my favorites are gymnastics and diving but I didn't get to see much.
