mexican food is a staple at our house...just like milk, flour, sugar, eggs. it's a must at least a couple times a week! i'm always on the lookout for new recipes.
pico de gallo~
8 roma tomatoes (diced)
1 jalapeno (seeded & chopped finely)
1 red onion (chopped finely)
cilantro (around a cup full)
1 lemon (juiced)
salt to taste
serve with tortilla chips.
