Dr. Seuss week...day 1

This week is Dr. Seuss week! It began yesterday morning with a special breakfast. I'm not a morning person, so my little lady gets excited when it's something other than granola for breakfast. We read "Oh Say Can You Say" by Dr. Seuss and in the
book it talks about flapjacks! It was peanut butter banana flapjacks for breakfast!

I found the recipe in this cookbook that I got at my library.

They were so yummy...and I'm not a big pancake or flapjack eater!

My little lady loves her flapjacks!

I pulled out some sewing cards that I already had and she had a good time playing with them!

I can't wait for day 2!
