Ok, last week I posted some pretty pathetic pictures of my first attempt at making sourdough bread. Well, I had better success the second time around. I made 2 adjustments- I didn't use any whole wheat flour and I didn't separate the dough into 2 loaves. I think it was much better and what I was hoping for!
