soda bottle fish

last monday, was our first "make something monday!"

i have a love for art and being creative and love sharing it with my kids.

some of the projects we do, are ones i make up and others are ones i borrow from others. this one i found here. i didn't use construction paper like my source did. we tried but it wasn't working well at all. so, we used tissue paper instead, which worked much better for us!   

just so we are keepin' it real...



i like to make a mess! i keep my house pretty tidy, but when it's craft time or baking time, i don't mind the mess. i think there is something fun about letting go and letting the fun happen, even if there is a mess to clean up. it means there was a lot of fun that was had!
