a yummy, healthy dinner

last night i made two new recipes for dinner...

baby spinach with avocado, pomegranate, and sunflower seeds

broiled tilapia with fresh herbs, mushrooms, and tomatoes

both are from Jillian Michaels' cookbook The Master Your Metabolism Cookbook
