makeover monday

we just finished painting our downstairs bathroom and i was on the search for a new bathroom mirror. i wanted something that was unique and not just your basic mirror.

last week, i stopped by my local thrift store and found this...
it is pretty old. on the back of the mirror, it had the year 1970 stamped on it. i knew immediately that with a new coat of paint, it would be just what i was looking for.
i painted it a light aqua color.


all done and it looks great!
